SQP148: Universal U+ Probe qPCR Master Mix, Antibody-Based
The universal U+ probe qPCR master mix, antibody-based is ready-to-use 2x concentrated solution for quantitative PCR by the probe method. Except DNA template and primers, the 2x universal U+ probe qPCR master mix, antibody-based contains all other components for qPCR, including dNTP/dUTP mix, MgCl2, reaction buffer, heat-labile UDG, and antibody-based hot start Taq DNA polymerase at optimal concentrations for consistent and efficient PCR amplification. For a 20 ul reaction, simply add 10 ul of 2x universal U+ probe qPCR master mix, antibody-based to specific primers, DNA template, and water.
Using the Taq DNA polymerase specific antibodies, the universal U+ probe qPCR master mix gains the advantages of high specificity, high detection sensitivity, and high amplification yield. Combined with the optimal buffer optimized for qPCR and the specific promoting factors, the universal U+ probe qPCR master mix greatly improves the qPCR amplification yield, with a ultra-high plateau value, and is suitable for qPCR amplification with high specificity and sensitivity. The universal U+ probe qPCR master mix, antibody-based contains a unique ROX Reference Dye that is suitable for all qPCR instruments. The concentration of ROX does not need to be adjusted on different instruments. The universal U+ probe qPCR master mix contains a dUTP/UDG system that can prevent the contamination of PCR product. Heat-labile UDG can quickly eliminate the contamination of dU-containing products at room temperature. It can be inactivated at 55℃ without affecting the efficiency and sensitivity of qRT-PCR.
